With more than 35 years of experience in the cosmetics and toiletries industry, Algabo is the result of sustained growth and a total commitment to the quality of our products.

We have a model plant of 13,000 m2, on a 22,000 m2 site with 40 continuous production lines, which allows us to meet the demands of our customers in all the provinces of Argentina and in more than 25 countries around the world.

At Algabo we are committed to the philosophy of continuous improvement where our greatest value is the knowledge learned by our collaborators over the years that allows us to adapt to different contexts and be able to offer a wide variety of innovative products in formulation, packaging, quality and price.

Production

Our new 13,000 m² production plant with 40 packaging lines, more than 350 employees working as a team and respecting hygiene and safety regulations, ensure the continuous supply of high quality products. Our monthly production capacity is 100 million units per year.

Logistics

It has more than 12,000 pallet positions for finished products and supplies, ensuring continuous supply to the customer, without stock shortages. We also have our own modern fleet to facilitate the simultaneous transport of 100 tons per day, reaching our more than 1,000 active customers directly. Loading, dispatch and customs management of containers are carried out daily at our distribution center.

Our most precious formula is constant innovation, quality, packaging and, fundamentally, the passion with which we do it. Our team of highly trained creatives creates and develops new and innovative products, continually seeking to improve current products in order to offer the customer a much more competitive product not only in terms of price but also in terms of aesthetic image and functionality.

QUALITY

From the production stage to the moment of delivery, we rely on the experience of excellent professionals, ensuring the quality of the final product. Certified by ISO 9001:2015 and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, guaranteed by our Physical-Chemical and Microbiological Quality Control Laboratory.

Production is linked to a Quality System related to the concept of continuous improvement. In turn, our products are backed by an international policy that covers civil liability risks. From our Research and Development laboratory we aim to create new and innovative formulas to satisfy a highly demanding market. PLASTICS PLANT

It is intended for the manufacture of PET, PP, HDPE and PET injection containers, as well as the injection of PP caps.
It operates 24 hours a day and has an annual production capacity of 60 million units, supplying 100% of our production.
